This portal unifies the Splunk AI Toolkit 5.6.4 end-user documentation with the local Splunk_ML_Toolkit 5.7.3 app and REST API reference into a single searchable static site.

Sections will include Agent Builder, SPL Commands, Algorithms, Scoring, Guided Workflows, Models, Data Preparation, Deep Dives, Install & Upgrade, Troubleshooting, Release Notes, and the local /mltk/** REST API reference.

Content is added by later build steps; this scaffold renders a minimal home page so the build pipeline is wired end to end.
